As per the users’ reports, the Google Cloud Platform error code OR-CBAT-20 comes when users try to complete the transaction.
The error reads “Uh oh, something went wrong. Can’t complete the transaction. Please fix issues with your payment profile here and try again in a few days.”
As per our research, this is a payment-related issue coming because of issues with users’ payment methods.

In our research, we have found that this error mainly occurs when users try not to use a physical credit card from an authorized physical bank in your country.
In case you are using any virtual, online, or cash card then you are going to get this error.
In case you are using a physical credit card but still getting the error then check if you have put any kind of transaction restrictions or limits on your card. If so then you have to remove those restrictions/limits to get rid of the error.
In case you have multiple credit cards then we highly recommend you to try any alternate credit card.
