As per our research, this error specifically comes to the users who use Netflix on the Edge browser on a Windows PC. We also have found that this error mostly comes when graphics acceleration is enabled or users need to update their Edge browser.

As per our research, this error particularly occurs when Graphics Acceleration is enabled. So the first thing you should do is to disable the Graphics Acceleration and then check if this resolves the issue.
To disable the graphics acceleration go to the edge://settings/system and check if graphics acceleration is enabled. If it is then consider disabling it, and then check for the error again.
Fix 2: Reset Your Edge Settings
If the error persists after disabling the graphics acceleration then try resetting your Edge browser settings. You can do this by visiting edge://settings/reset from your browser address bar, and then selecting reset Edge to default settings. After that restart the browser and check for the error.
Fix 3: Did You Try Other Browsers?
If you are done with the above two suggestions, and also not using VPN then you should consider using any other browser. Our research suggests that the reason for this issue is related to the Edge browser so switching to any other browser may help get rid of the error.
