Our research suggests that this error primarily comes when PSN servers are down or you need to update your PlayStation console. In case you have selected automatic updates then it may be possible that for some reason Playstation is unable to install the updates which is resulting in this error.

Fix 1: Restart Your PSN Console And Try Again
Our first advice for you will be to power cycle your PSN console and check for the error again.
