Fixes For PS5 (Playstation 5) Error Code su-101443-3
Note: Before trying anything we suggest you to shut down your PSN console along with your internet and wait for around ten minutes, after that restart your internet and console, and check for the error again.
If you tried power cycling your network and console but the error is still coming then chances are your internet requires secondary access. Simply hold your PS button, select my profile, and select Sign in. After that check if it asks to scan the QR code or anything similar to access your internet, if it does then consider proceeding with the given on-screen instructions. At last, check if this resolves the issue.
In case you don’t see the scan QR option then it is possible that your internet may require a secondary action through a browser similar to the hotel’s wifi. In that case, you have to complete the secondary action on your console by accessing the browser.
