Fix 2: Use Email Instead Of Username

- From the left side menu Select Applications.
- Go to the Utilities folder and Open it.
- Then Open Terminal.
- Then enter the command: sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder.

- If it asks for your admin password, Enter it.
- Then press Enter again.
Fix 4: Change DNS Server

Fix 5: Connect Over A Different Network
If you still receive the error then try connecting over a different network to exactly find out if this is your network or if there is something else that is causing the issue.
If you have an alternate Wifi connection then consider connecting over it, in case you don’t have access to any other Wifi connection, then consider connecting over a mobile hotspot connection.
If connecting over an alternate network fixes the issue then clearly it is your network causing the problem, so you can reach out to your ISP or you can access your Network setting to make changes.
