The error reads “Purchase has failed.”
As per our research, this error typically comes when users try to buy or renew Legends Pass.
Some players have said that they are unable to renew/buy the Legends Pass at all, but many players have shared that they successfully purchased/renewed the Legends Pass but then they don’t get the pass in the game. Upon checking the Legends Pass in the app store they can see their pass, but in the game, it repeatedly says that your purchase has failed.
As per my research, this is a Dragon Ball Legends issue. In case your purchase has gone through but the game pass is not showing in the game then it means that it is unable to successfully process your purchase to your account.
During my research, I was able to find a few players who shared that they had this issue in the past and it resolved itself after several days.

In case the purchase has gone through but you are unable to see the Legends Pass in the game then I suggest you to first try to restore the purchase from the title screen or try resyncing the game data.
If you are still unable to get your Legends Pass then you can wait for a couple of days as some players have shared that the issue got resolved itself and they were able to get their Legends Pass back to their game.
In case you don’t want to wait, or already tried doing so but still the Legends Pass is not showing then it will be best to reach out to the Bandai support to report the problem.
