During our research we have found that this is a very common error, and the error mainly comes when players try to log in.

We have found that this error has something to do with any problem with the Battle.net account, if not then probably there is some temporary glitch or servers are down.


Fixes For Diablo 3 Error Code 315000


Fix 1: Try Exiting The Game Client And Re-Login

If you ever get this error then the first thing you should do is to exit the game client and restart your device. After that, relaunch the game client and try re-login.


Fix 2: Try Changing Your Battle.net Account Password

In case the error persists after quitting and re-logging into the game client then you should consider changing your account password, and then check for the error again.

  • Choose Forgot Password.
